Passion Fruit Mojito
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 100 ml soda or sparkling water
- Ice and lime slice for garnish
Instructions:
Muddle the mint leaves and lime juice in a glass.
Add the syrup and fill with ice.
Top with soda and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime slice.
